Your UNCSA email password is your domain account password and there are two ways to reset it–via Windows PC/Mac PC or via Outlook OWA.
To reset your password via a computer bound to the UNCSA domain (employees only), please refer to this section.
To reset your password via Outlook OWA, please see the Microsoft Guide here. Make sure that you have registered for the self-service password reset or else you will not be able to reset your password via Outlook OWA.
Please note that updating your email password also updates your Creative Cloud and other single sign-on passwords.
