Any time you receive an email that you believe to be spam or a phishing attempt, you can easily report it to the IT department with the "Report Spam\Phish" button add-in, which is available in Outlook 2016 and O365 Online.
Here's how it works:
1. Select the "Report Spam\Phish" button.
2. In the small window that pops up, confirm your report by selecting "Report Spam\Phish" again.
3. The add-in will automatically forward the email to the IT department for review, and the email will be deleted from your inbox.
Note that users on older versions of Outlook will have to use the web client at https:\\outlook.office.com in order to use this feature.
